Projects and Engagements

Paid projects are governed by a separate written agreement that defines scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables. These terms apply in addition to that agreement.

Free Tools and Apps

Our free tools are provided as is, without warranty. QR GEN and Downzo run in your browser. Importzo is subject to the Shopify App Store terms in addition to these terms.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and software remain the property of Dazzle Tech LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work products delivered under a paid engagement transfer to you as defined in that agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dazzle Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, tools, or services.
